Option 1: Tour of the Mother City and visit to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens

Morning departure at 09:00am
This enriching tour gives you an insight into the  cultural, historical and architectural landmarks of the Mother City.
A cable-car ride to the top of the Majestic Table Mountain will give you  panoramic views of the greater Cape Town, Table Bay and Robben Island. After the Table mountain descent, we drive to the other side of the mountain for lunch in the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens followed by a stroll through the magnificent Cape Floral Kingdom nestled at the foot of the mountain and then visit the Constantia Valley.

Arrive back at the President Hotel at around 17:00

(Please note: the Table Mountain Cable Car only operates in fair weather. We therefore buy tickets on the day, and our quotation will include neither this nor Kirstenbosch Gardens entry ) \

Option 2: Tour of the Cape Peninsula

Morning departure at 09:00

This is a wonderful day out, revealing all the natural beauty for which the Cape is so well known. The day includes the scenic drive along the Atlantic Seaboard at the foot of the Twelve Apostles and into Hout Bay. After the magnificent Chapmans Peak Drive, you will make your way down to the Cape Point National Park, where you will see the mighty Atlantic surge past Cape Point to meet the warmer currents of the Indian Ocean.  In the quaint marine naval town of Simons Town, you will discover Boulders Beach and the famous African Penguins. Lunch is at Seaforth Restaurant near Simonstown. We return via the Silvermine Mountains and the beautiful Constantia Valley.

Arrive back at the President Hotel  at around 17:00

Option 3: Tour of the Cape Winelands

Morning departure at 09:00

This day presents to you the splendours of the Cape’s winelands, once you have encountered it, you will understand why wine tourism is one of South Africa’s fastest growing industries. This region offers international, award winning wines and gourmet cuisine, amongst a rich and unique historical and cultural heritage.

We visit  the renowned regions of Paarl and Franschhoek for tastings of Cape wines, cheeses and olive oils. We will visit three excellent estates and have lunch in Franschhoek (this is the town where the French Huguenots settled in the late 1600’s, and is notorious for gastronomical delights!)You will also have some time to meander down the main road of Franschhoek to enjoy the quaint, stylish boutiques.
